We have a 24/7 after-hours service which is staffed by a member of our in-office team at all times. We ensure that the after-hours personnel has knowledge of what is occurring at all complexes so that they can respond correctly to any issues raised after hours.
Prior to reaching a member of our staff, residents are first put in touch with a call centre who are able to triage calls and determine what is in fact an urgent issue, and what will need to be raised with staff during business hours.
Staff are issued details of any non-urgent enquiries so that they can be responded to the next business day.
Our after-hours staff notify Strata and Facilities Managers of any after hours issues, so this can be reported to the Executive Committee.
